I recently updated the site with a new collection of images I shot in Dubai, late last year. I was in Dubai on assignment and had four days off to roam around town. After checking out all the tourist sites, malls with ski slopes, man made islands (named things like, Palms, Earth and Universe) and the worlds tallest building etc., I decided to focus on the outskirts of the sprawling city and the people that were building it. You can read a small interview I did with Good.ishere: and view some snap shots from the trip here:
The Commissions section of the site has been updated with some new images I shot in the last couple of months. I photographed Green Day for the cover of the German magazine Musik Express. I shot the guys at their Oakland,CA compound and only had 20 minutes with them. Fortunately I was able to shoot four set ups in that amount of time and got a couple keepers. I also photographed Joe Haller and Ian Hannula (Founders/Designers) of the clothing label Nice Collective, for Out Magazine. Above are some out takes from the shoots, you can see more images in the Commission section on my site. Here:
Here is a short clip of the exhibition space in Copenhagen. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it out to there, so this is all I got to see. Looks like it was a good time.
