The Moto GP series is the most prestigious platform for motorcycle racing in the world. The riders, teams and officials travel to 15 countries and compete in 18 races. The teams arrive on Wednesday, unload and build the paddock Thursday, practice Friday, qualify Saturday, race Sunday and break everything down that night and do it all over again next week. In between all of this is the omnipresent media and fans, pursuing the racers, while the mechanics do their best to get the bikes prepared for race day. The Indy Grand Prix is a small glimpse into what goes down during race weekend.
